This natural sparkling wine developed according to ancestral methods gets its character from the blend of menu pineau and Chardonnay wines.

Soils and location:

deep chalky soils


1,5 hectares of old 60-year-old vines.


25 hl/ha


Harvested by hand, alcoholic fermentation in tank, then malolactic in oak barrels. Daily stirring during the first fermentation.

Food matching:

It is a wine of enjoyment, ample and subtle, and its golden & green color will excite our senses for a tasting full of promises.
To be drunk young with a white sausage or candied pork with jelly.
