Red ruby colour. Fruity and easy drinking, pleasant mouth filling delivering tons of red fruit characters. This is a wine to drink young, on its primary fruit.

Soils and location:

South / southeast facing slopes, on deep chalky soils with clay top soil.


10 hectares of vines aged 10 to 60 years.


40 hectolitres / hectare


Hand harvested, with a mix of carbonic and traditional maceration.

Food matching:

Really good with local rillettes and rillons. Will also pair pleasantly with grilled meats, as well as soft and mild cheeses.
Enjoy slightly chilled.
